How do you measure success? Would you pursue passion over practicality when the times call for it? Would your teenage self be happy with who you have become now? Will the people who meant so much to you back then still be important in the present?

These are some of the issues our lead male encountered in this series that are really relatable to us midlifers. I like that he took a break to ponder all these things before making significant decisions. He took a hobby and by synchronicity met online a former "would-have-been" flame in his high school years.

Here comes the female lead. Successful, beautiful, and has never really forgotten this one person that she tried really hard to win and failed. I admire her indomitable spirit, in that even after failing the first time, she still took the initiative and tricked the guy into training her and so this love story continued.

Yang and Dilraba are really perfect for these roles. I could not think of anyone else who can pull off these characters. I am undoubtedly a fan of both stars for no matter the genre, they make characters come to full life.

Truth be told, through their impeccable portrayal, this series in particular would remind you that no matter your station in life, there will always be advantages and challenges. To be happy in this polarity of existence, you only have to make the right choice for you- following your heart and living at the moment. To do that, letting go is the key. I assure you, every episode in this series will either bring you to the distant past of high school love affairs and dreams, to the struggles and triumphs of present day realities interspersed with moments of love in action.

In life and love, there is really no such thing as "too late". We can always continue to strive and dream. To aspire for the best outcome of our persistence and to wait for that one person who will dream your dreams, fight for you and with you, support your passion, and will tread the path of fantasy and with both your unwavering belief, make them all come true.
