MODERN

In these modern times, more and more people choose to marry for love but there are still families who adhere to the tradition of arranging marriages for their children believing that they know what's best for their kids. Such is the case of this story which revolves around two stars of their own field of work who met by chance but were actually destined since childhood to marry each other. This was designed by their mothers who are close friends and apparently sealed by fate.

At first, our lead characters are spiteful of this arrangement until they find themselves falling for each other and eventually fighting for their love. The plot is simple but profoundly valuable. It portrays different kinds of love and relationships and how some people react to rejections with grace by becoming better while others become bitter. It shows that loving should mean trusting wholeheartedly that everything works for the highest good.

What you will instantly notice about the main characters in this series is how dedicated and good they are in their respective individual professions. They are both proof that no one can put a good man down and that being the best at what you do is always a blessing to others and the entire human race.

It is also apparent how much of a blessing it is to have a supportive family. That no matter what trials and challenges you have to go through in life, you can always recuperate in the comfort of the people who love you and you will always have a place to go home to.

You will also see in this series that true love does not only care, it protects. It's been apparent in most series, and in real life, that when you love you automatically protect your beloved from any and all possible harm. I believe that is one facet of real love that truly matters.

The overall vibe of this series is just light and romantic, well more of a romcom. What I find really lacking in this show is what I consider a proper, happy ending- a wedding. Well, for some others, it might not be necessary but not having one is really a spoiler for me. Those who prefer to just feel good without episodes of intense drama can actually appreciate this show. So, do not overthink and just give this a try. If nothing else, the main leads of this series are really good- both in looks and in acting.
